Founded in 2012 by Sebastián Zorrilla de San Martín and located in the
heart of Montevideo city, Zorrilla Subastas seamlessly combines a
classic antique store with a modern auction house. In recent years, we
have conducted some of the most renowned auctions in Uruguay, keeping
alive the characteristic passion of our country for the discovery and
collection of antiques.
Zorrilla Subastas has a history of presenting notable collections to
both national and international audiences: Joyería Freccero, Fernando
Assunção, Zelmira Braga de Cibils and Daniel Castellanos, Juan Carrera,
José Luis Rubio, Alfredo “Pilo” Folle, Leonel Gallo, and Martín Usabiaga
