- A stunning white gold pendant, consisting of a claw set oval cabochon 3.42ct natural Ruby. Surrounding the main stone are 3 white gold bead set marquise cut natural sapphires and a round cut brilliant natural diamond. This stunning piece is accompanied by a silver necklace.
