Effigy of Louis XVIII, King of France (obverse) and Commemoration of the church of Montrouge in 1823 (reverse).
It is an original work signed by the French medallist Gayrard, under the direction of Jean-Pierre-Casimir Marcassus, Baron de Puymaurin (Toulouse 1757 - 1841). There is an illegible signature on the reverse, on the side of the church.
