Every Ton of Saved Metal Facilitates the Completion of the Seven Year Plan! - showing three construction workers in overalls and helmets, attached to safety harnesses welding and working on a red metal beams high up against the cloudy sky over the industrial factories below, a cargo train running along the railway and large container ships sailing on a river by a construction site and bridge with hills visible in the distance.
