Propaganda Poster TV Radio Licence Pirate GPO UK
Original vintage General Post Office poster - Don't be a pirate! A separate 20'- licence is required for a sound broadcast receiver fitted in a car - featuring an image of a pirate with a knife in his teeth, round earrings, eyepatch, tricorn hat, and an anchor tattoo on his arm sitting behind the steering wheel of a car with a parrot on the back of the seat and a skull and bones pirate flag attached to the radio antenna of the vehicle. GPO logo in the bottom right corner. Good condition, light fold, staining, tears. Country of issue: UK, designer: Unknown, size (cm): 38x25, year of printing: 1950s.
