Original vintage Shell poster from their Everywhere You Go You Can Be Sure of Shell advertising campaign featuring a great painting by George Hooper (1910-1994) entitled Kintbury, Berks depicting a view of the village reflecting in the canal water. Kintbury is a village in West Berkshire, England, it is part of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and it extends from the Thames at Streatley to West Wiltshire. Printed by Vincent Brooks Day and Son Ltd London. Horizontal. Fair condition, staining, restored paper losses, restored tears, creasing, tape marks, restored folds, backed on linen.
