A set of 6 Grachev`s teaspoons in its own case. St. Petersburg, last quarter of the 19th century. Cloisonne enamel on sterling silver 88. Master AP. A distinctive feature of Russian Art Nouveau and the aesthetics of the Grachevs is the full-bodied, original shape of the handle, which is square in cross section. What gives her a sense of genuine weight, functional justification and organic decor. The ability to give weight to life to laconic restrained things, to raise them to the revelations of the era - that`s what we appreciate in the products of the Grachevs.
