Icon of the Intercession of the Most Holy Theotokos in a silver frame and icon case. It is an unusual iconography that emphasizes the event, the lower register of the icon with Roman the Sweet Singer, the couple of emperors, etc. The upper tier, with the worship of Christ, is unexpectedly turned to the right.
