RUSSIAN LITHOGRAPH OF MONKEY BY GAVRIIL GLIKMAN
Gavriil Glikman (Gabriel Glikmann), a lithograph print depicting a monkey holding a head of a statue, 1970. Signed and dated in pencil by the artist lower right. Gavriil Davidovich Glikman, 1913 to 2003, was a Russian artist and sculptor who emigrated from the USSR in 1980. The brother of the professor of the Leningrad Conservatory Isaac Glikman. Provenance: Feltsman Family, Oscar Feltsman was a Russian composer, and his son Vladimir is a musician. Vladimir purchased art directly from the artist. Russian Prints For Collectors.
