Gerhard Sipmann, German, 1790 to 1866, mixed media, watercolor and pencil, painting on paper depicting a landscape. Signed lower left. Franz Gerhard Joseph Sippmann, also Sipmann or Siepmann was a German draftsman, arabesque, portrait and landscape painter and art teacher of the Bavarian Cadet Corps. One of a kind artwork.
