The essence of racism is the same everywhere: oppression, humiliation, cruelty, war! Published by Boyevoy Karandash, RSFSR Artist publishing house, poster no. 2973. Design by J. Efimovsky, verse by A. Shklyarinsky. Hallmark and publication info in the lower left. Boyevoy Karandash, Combat Pencil, was a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings starting from 1939.
