Printed poem by A. Shklyarinsky lower to the center. Edited by I. Astapov. Published by Combat Pencil, Boevoi Karandash, Artist of RSFSR, numbered 2983, M 18886, one of 3050, Leningrad. Marked and copyright in the print upper and lower left. Boevoi Karandash is a creative association of Leningrad artists who produced propaganda posters and collections of satirical drawings in the middle of the 20th century. This phenomenon of mass art is often referred to as such. Joseph Efimovsky is a Russian Soviet well known graphic artist, cartoonist, poster artist.
