A World War II Knights Cross of the Iron Cross, or Ritterkreuz, the highest award in the military forces of Nazi Germany instituted in September 1939. Cast iron cross of patte shape with embossed swastika and date 1939. The item comes with signed award certificate. Issued on February 9, 1944 to Hauptman Karl-Heinz Sachse.
