ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN ENGLISH WOOD WRITING SLOPE BOX
An antique English Chinoiserie writing slope box made of mahogany wood. Circa 1901 to 1910. Intended for storing and carrying writing instruments. Folds down, creating an inclined surface convenient for writing. It has many internal compartments and a side drawer with a metal handle. The surface is covered with cherry colored lacquer and hand painted with floral patterns based on an Asian motif. Vintage And Antique European Writing Slope Boxes, Furniture, Desk For Travel.
