A Russian gilt silver letter opener with a carved jade blade and relief decorations to the ricasso on both sides. Features a white guilloche enamel handle with an applied grapevines and set with gemstones, most likely, rubies at the top. Hallmarked with an 88 Russian Imperial silver standard, and other Russian hallmarks. Total weight: 99 g.
