ENGLISH PORCELAIN VASE BY GEORGE JONES AND SONS C 1930S
A large vintage English Chinoiserie style porcelain vase with a carved wood lid and stand by Crescent George Jones and Sons. The wide vase shows an intricate gilt pattern depicting an underwater world with fish and algae on a variegated blue ground. It has a removable carved wooden lid and a round stand in Asian style. At the bottom of the vase there is a makers mark Crescent and GJ AndSons, England, as well as a label with the text Fortunato A Fasce, Florida 425, Buenos Aires.
