OFFICIAL LETTER US DEPARTMENT SIGNED BY JACK KEMP
An original official letter from the US Department Of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Washington to Vladimir and Anna Feltsman. The letter is signed by Jack Kemp. Dated with a stamp, February 21, 1989, upper to the center. Completed with an original official post cover, stamped. Vladimir Oskarovich Feltsman, born in 1952, was a Soviet, Russian, and American pianist, conductor, teacher, and son of the composer Oscar Feltsman. Anna Feltsman, wife of the famous pianist Vladimir Feltsman, writer. Jack French Kemp, 1935 to 2009, was an American politician and a professional gridiron football player. Unique Official Letters, Documents, Autographs, and Collectibles. Provenance: Anna Feltsman Estate. Feltsman family: Oscar Feltsman, 1921 to 2013, was a Russian composer of Jewish descent born in Odessa. He was the father of Vladimir Feltsman, born in 1952 a Russian-American classical pianist. Anna Feltsman was the first wife of Vladimir Feltsman.
