Oil on canvas painting. Persian, late Qajar period, ca. 1910s. The artwork depicts a Biblical subject, Joseph being sold by his brothers, Genesis 37, 12-36. Signed by the artist in Farsi in the bottom middle. The painting was intended for a coffee shop interior. Unmounted. Collectible Oriental Middle Eastern Fine Art.
