An antique miniature portrait painting on ceramic plaque after an original oil painting by German artist Gustav Richter, titled Odalisque. The painting depicts a pensive young girl in traditional oriental attire and jewelry. Housed in a gilt frame. Circa the early 20th century. Gustav Carl Ludwig Richter,1823 to 1884, was a German Berlins history painter and portrait painter. Ceramic and Porcelain Plaques and Plates, Wall Art, Home Decor, and Collectibles.
