RUSSIAN GILT SILVER JASPER GEMSTONES TABLE LIGHTER
A fine quality Russian figural table lighter, made of brown jasper and gilded silver set with gemstones. Designed as a well detailed head of a dog with eyes set with cabochon cut rubies. The bulbous body is carved of natural jasper, decorated with an applied monogram set with diamonds, and raised on a gilt silver base with relief scrolled foliage motifs. Hallmarked with an 84 Russian silver standard and other Russian hallmarks. Russian Silverware Collectibles, Tobacciana Accessories, Table Wares, And Gifts. Total weight without box: 365 g.
