Handwritten dedications adressed to the first owner, collector Stephen Bumball, on the flyleafs. Includes letters from Mrs. Lt. George Barr, Serg. Jacob DeShazer, Lt. Robert Hite, and Lt. Chase Nielsen, to whom the book is dedicated. Four Came Home tells the story of the first US bombing raid against Japan which occured on April 18, 1942.
