Published in 1973 by the Artist of RSFSR Publishers in Leningrad, it is part of the Combat Pencil series, number 2521. Combat Pencil was a renowned creative association of Leningrad artists, recognized for producing propaganda posters and satirical art collections during the mid-20th century.
