Amarna Period, Ca. 1353 - 1336 BC.A wooden terminal with a large discoid-shaped top engraved and gold-inlaid cartouche with the coronation name of Akenathen, Neferkheperure ua en Re. On the bottom is a pierced, protruding hoop. Reviewed by Simone Musso, consultant curator for Egyptian antiquities at the Stibbert Museum, Florence, Italy, member of the Nuri Archaeological Expedition.Size: 40mm x 30mm; Weight: 15gProvenance: Prince collection, 1990s-2014; Ex.
