Middle Kingdom, Ca. 2055 - 1790 BCAn Egyptian bronze finger ring with a hand-carved steatite scarab. The scarab has a frilled clypeus, sinuous legs, and bulky elytra. On the lower side is a hieroglyphic inscription framed in a carved line.
