Still life with butcher’s scene
Oil painting on canvas from Emilia and dating back to the beginning of the 18th century and depicting a still life with a butcher's shop scene.
Work attributable to Felice Boselli (Piacenza, 20 April 1650 – Parma, 23 August 1732), an Emilian author who used to paint very similar scenes, especially if one observes the cutting of pork and the owl which, together with the cat, represents a sort of trademark with which the author signed himself.
Decent conservation conditions.
Measurements: 130 x 217 cm
