Seymour Remenick (Phila. 1977-96) Seascape Watercolor; the image size is 5.25" x 7.75" and the total out side dimensions of the matting is 8" x 11 ". The art is unframed but has matting and is from the estate Benjamin Franklin Hammond, PhD. Dr. Hammond was "an emeritus professor of microbiology in University of Pennsylvania's School of Dental Medicine and the school’s former associate dean of academic affairs" (source: University of Pennsylvania's Almanac).
