Charioteer driving fast quadriga l.; above, Nike flying right crowning charioteer; in ex. grain ear, Rv. ΣVPAKOΣION, Diademed head of Arethusa l; around, four dolphins; below, EUKLEI on tablet. Tudeer 86 (V32/R58); SNG ANS 292 (same dies); Gulbenkian 295; Jameson 866. Very rare. Lovely style. Cabinet tone and extremely fine - about extremly fine.
