Sepolcro di Publio Vibio Mariano
Bulino 30,5x40,5 cm
Inscribed in the lower part: "Antonij Lafreri formis Romæ 1551". Part of the "Speculum Romanae Magnificentiae". Depicts the tomb of Publio Vibio Mariano, erected around the second half of the 3rd century along Via Cassia. Since the Middle Ages it was commonly considered the tomb of Nero.
