Caprera relic twig
Twig of maritime pine, fallen from the tree under which the tomb of Giuseppe Garibaldi is located, in the garden of his house on the island of Caprera. The maritime pine was transported from Nice in 1866 at the request of Garibaldi himself. The twig was packaged with a white and red ribbon in Sardinian colors, sealed with sealing wax and with relative declaration of authenticity dated 26 July 1936 and signed in black ink by his daughter Clelia
