The 'Wishing Chair' by Katie Surridge. 1.8 x 1 x 0.8m. A unique and stunning piece of art, here described by the artist herself:
"A Lucky charm is an item that is believed to bring luck and this chair is covered in them! It even has a built in wishing well, where you can pass coins through the seat, to wish as you sit.
This chair is made of hand forged steel. It is all traditionally joined using tenons or rivets, not welding. Using these methods help elevate the feeling of age and authenticity. The chair is a concept piece which blends function with art."
