A Chinese eight-panel coromandel lacquer chamber screen, finely carved and famille rose coloured with court ladies in a garden, set between pavilions, the outer panels depicting flower vases and other antiquities, each top with panels enclosing antiquities, the foot with playful qilins, the back depicting 'One Hundred Birds' in a garden, including cockerels, phoenixes, cranes and songbirds, late Qing/Republic period, 214 x 41 cm (each panel)
