Great War US Navy Albert Parker Niblack signed piece from a letter fixed to small card. Rare item.(July 25, 1859 - August 20, 1929) was a United States admiral who served during the First World War. In 1940, the USS Niblack (DD-424), sponsored by his widow, was named in his honor. Good condition. All autographs come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
