A studio auction of the Chinwe Russell original artwork collection from 2012 to 2023. This sale will feature the "Africa Exhibition" made up of 20 large paintings of African tribes and 20 ceramic sculptures of ancient African Gods. The sale will also feature some of the artist's most successful works exhibited at the carrousel du Louvre in Paris - Weep not my Child, Ikenga, temptation, etc. . Chinwe Russell is the artist behind the "20 Historical women who changed the world" exhibition which is currently touring UK museums. She has been exhibited at the Royal Academy of arts Summer exhibitions in 2019 and 2021, Shanghai art fair and several prestigious venues.

Description: This Collection of 4 narrative paintings was created in response to the trees that were cut down in Sheffield in South Yorkshire England. People rose up in defence of these trees in such a dramatic fashion. The series depicts the trees themselves taking their own revenge on the oppressors.
