SHIPS FROM Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I wanted a scene which is simple, less colourful, yet meaningfull. Dry Season tells a story about deforestation, cutting down trees and leaving behind dryness, no more water and less greeneries. H.A.Khan studied fine arts in the Malaysian Science University (USM) in mid 1970s where he took up courses in art history, drawing, painting and photography. He also studied scenography and theatre directing in America. He took part in art exhibitions in Penang and Kuala Lumpur. He now paints full-time and resides in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
