WWII German Iron Cross 1st Class Badge-L/11
Badge is multi piece construction and has magnetic center. The maker mark “L/11” is stamped under the catch, indicating manufacture by the firm of Wilhelm Deumer, in Lüdenscheid. The hardware setup is textbook for this maker; with a block hinge, round wire catch and banjo pin. Catch is bent but pin and catch work. Shows gentle wear and age.
