Quelimane 1914 Ceres. Interesting lot with 2 stamps Mf#31-32 5 c. and 7.5 c. porcelain paper, perforation 15. All stamps with PRINTING FAILURE (CRACK), clearly visible, in the frame, on the upper edge, on the right side, above the letter “E”. New stamps, without gum and with hinge, and good color.
