Franked with 3 rupias (IS 262), 1 rupia (IS 260), 3 tangas (IS 254) and 6 reis (IS 251). Six different Authorisation signatures and recipient’s signature across fiscals. Text above stamps reads “I received the aforementioned amount from the CTT Treasury” dated July 11th, 1951. Purple rectangular “TESOURARIA PAGO”
hand stamp. Blind seal applied to front. Top left corner repaired.
