Mourning envelope, sent without indication of origin, franked on 40 cent stamps (internal postage), rendered useless in pencil with the indication "Null, Null, Null" (stamps with no franking value according to item 49 of the 1902 Postal Regulations). "Stamps from the 1923 issue, with franking power until Nov.1926 (25c.) and until Aug.1931, being able to circulate again from Jan.1934 to Sept.1945 (15c.) Receipt stamp on the back, with an error in the date (10.3.06) from the Paredes de Coura post office, so we can date the letter between September 1931 and December 1933. Probable local circulation, there is no indication of it having been borne.
