1947 “Auto de Posse” document. Pages 34 and 35 of the 1947 government record book. Franked on the front (top) with 2 rupias (IS 261) and 2 tangas 6 reis (IS 233, 2 tangas 6 reis overprinted on 70 reis (CI 46 with a LOCAL Republica overprint). Franked on the front (bottom) with 2 rupias (IS 261), 1 rupia (IS 260) x 4, 7 tangas (IS 256) x 2, 6 reis (IS 251) x 2, and 13 tangas 6 reis (IS 202, 13 tangas 6 reis on 25 rupias 11 tangas and five reis) x 2. No stamps on the back but 10 different signatures. This is an exceptional fiscal document with numbers IS 233 and IS 202 rare on document.
