São Tomé and Príncipe, 1923 – D. Carlos I, Diogo Neto type. Stamps from 1915, with new surcharge, typeset locally. MF#265, 10c s/ 130 reis s/ 300 reis, blue s/ orange, porcelain paper, perforation 11 ¾, type I. New horizontal pair, ungummed, as issued, with a small cut on the 2nd stamp, good colour, with DISPLACED SURCHARGE, part on the lower edge and the remaining part on the upper edge. Not catalogued.
