Macau 1953 – Flowers of Macau + Postal Tax * Our Lady of Mercy. Envelope circulated in Macau with a vertical strip of 3 1-avo stamps, MF374, insufficiently franked according to the previous postage table, as according to Legislative Diploma no. 1,198 of the Government of the Province of Macau of 22 November 1951, published in the Official Gazette no. 46 of 22 November 1951, it should have been franked with 5 avos + 10-avos stamp, green on yellow-green, smooth paper, perforation 12, MF IP9a, of the postal tax, due between 15 December and 7 January of all years. Copies without defects or repairs, in good colour, with the exception of a defect in the 10-avos stamp. MB and MR.
