March 3, 1851 - Circular letter written in St. Petersburg, marked "S. PETERSBURG den 5 Mar 1851", sent via Aachen Banhof, March 23 to London, sent to Lisbon by a forwarding agent (FWA), via the Falmouth packet, with a postage of 1/6 paid in London. In Lisbon, it received a dated mark of April 2, and the postage of 490 réis from the Falmouth packet. An additional 20 réis from the Law of April 20, 1850, was added to the postage.
