Guinea 1925 – Postal Tax. Monument to Marquis of Pombal. MF IP7, 15c blue (Monument). Block of 15 color proofs, WATERLOW & SONS, in vermilion (color approved for the Guinea issue), bottom right corner of sheet, not perforated, on thin smooth paper, with the value and legend "GUINÈ" on 6 stamps and without legend and value on 9 stamps, with markings for future corrections on the plate and marginal inscriptions in red "No. 124103 / Overptg. correct for / 434.410 stamps / Improve were marked. 12/2/25". MB and MR. Unique possible example.
