Letter from London, 16 January 1852, by packet to Lisbon, postage 490 reis, arrival on 22 January, where the Law of 20/4 was applied in the amount of 20 reis. As the letter was destined for Sines, 20 reis was paid for land postage, which was added to the 490, for a total to be paid of 510 reis.
