(Whole) Postal postcard, printed, with a rate of 25c., sent (20.11.1928) by the Abrantes post office to Lisbon. This mail was found to have text on the front side of the postcard. Considered as if it were a letter (40c. national postage), according to the 1902 Postal Regulation, internal control 64A indicates double the missing rate of 30 cents, paid in POSTAGE stamps.
