Achuzat Bayit - Menachem Shinkin, Autographed letter in his handwriting - Odessa 1909.
A letter in Menachem Shinkin's handwriting and signature. Sent on official letterhead of ועד החברה לתמיכת בני ישראל עובדי אדמה ובעלי מלאכה בסוריא ובארץ ישראל', (Hovavi Zion branch in Odessa). Shinkin announces the sale of his land next to the Herzliya Gymnasium ("Dr. Bogarshov will get the lot listed behind the gymnasium, and he Racer will get the other lot"). In addition, Shinkin requests a report on the development works, and makes suggestions for advertising Achuzat Bayit at the Ninth Zionist Congress in Hamburg.
