Draft letter on official letterhead by Yitzhak Meir Levin, protesting statements made by Reuven Ahronovitz regarding the collection of percentages from donations to Kern Ha'Yashov.
Corrections in Levin's handwriting. The signature was deleted with tipax.
17x22 cm. Very good condition.
Yitzchak Meir Levin (January 30, 1893, August 7, 1971) was the leader of Agudat Israel, a member of the Knesset and the first Minister of Relief in the government of Israel. And signed the Declaration of Israel Independence.
Reuven Aharonovitz (ד' בסיון תרצ"ג - ט"ו בתמוז תשל"ה, 30 במאי 1903 – 24 ביוני 1975) was the third mayor of Bnei Brak. Aharonovitz served in his position for 10 non-consecutive years, between the years (1954-1966).
