ORIGINAL STEERING WHEEL OF THE FERRARI 500 MONDIAL SPIDER PF FROM 1954
original steering wheel from the 1954 Ferrari 500 Mondial Spider PF, which belonged to Porfirio Rubirosa.
In 2014, a new steering wheel was installed to replace the original when the car was restored by the Ferrari Classics Department in Maranello, Italy.
Description:
Steel steering wheel with spokes and covering in fine Italian walnut, finger markers on the back in boit de rose wood.
Signs of wear, but in excellent condition.
External diameter 41 cm – Horn insert diameter 7 cm
The car was driven by Von Neumann, Phil Hill, Richie Ginther, Lew Yates and James Dean.
