NACHAT PASHA HASSAN: (1888-1969) Egyptian diplomat who served as the Egyptian Ambassador to the United Kingdom 1938-45 during World War II. A small 4 x 3.5 black pen and ink drawing of the outline of Egypt in an unidentified hand (bearing the initials LGA and date 1st December 1942), signed by Nachat Pasha in fountain pen ink with his name alone to the lower edge. Neatly mounted and with a vertical fold, not affecting the signature. About VG
