CHAUDHURI JAYANTO NATH: (1908-1983) Indian General. Military Governor of Hyderabad and High Commissioner. Signed 4.5 x 6.5 photograph, the image depicting Chaudhuri in a head and shoulders pose wearing his military uniform. Signed in bold blue ink to the lower white border. Accompanied by the original letter bearing the red printed heading of the Chief of the Army Staff army Headquarters of New Delhi, printed stationery, one page, 4to, New-Delhi, 12th August 1964, signed by Lieutenant Colonel, military assistant to the Chief of the Army Staff, Gurcharan Singh Sandhu, responding to a request of a signed photograph and enclosing it.
